Manufacturer Warranty

Nantuckit Furniture Company extends our manufacturer's warranty to all our customers.

The manufacturer's commitment is to provide you with the highest quality materials and workmanship that will give you years of comfort, service and beauty. The warranty is given to the original retail owner of the upholstery.

FRAMES AND SUSPENSION SEATING SYSTEM

The manufacturer warrants the frame to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the product under conditions of normal, noncommercial use. The Drop in Coil unit and Swivel Glider and glider ottoman mechanisms are warranted for 3 years.

CUSHIONS

Our manufacturer warrants our High Resiliency Foam seat cushion core against loss of resiliency for 10 years under conditions of normal, noncommercial use. The manufacturer warrants the Feather Blend and Comfort Chic seat cushions against loss of resiliency for 5 years under conditions of normal, noncommercial use. The manufacturer does not warrant the fiber, feather, or down on any of our cushions (seats and backs). The back cushions do not have a warranty. The fiber on the cushions will relax and soften with normal use. It is the manufacturer's policy to charge for replacement cushions. Once the manufacturer receives the existing cushions back, the manufacturer will review them with the supplier for possible credit. We recommend flipping and rotating your seats and backs to keep them looking fresh and new.

SLEEPER MATTRESS AND MECHANISM

The manufacturer warrants the sleeper mechanism and mattresses to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of three years under conditions of normal, noncommercial use. The motor to the air mattress is warranted for one year under normal, noncommercial use.

FABRIC

The fabric on the base frame and slipcovers are warranted for workmanship of zipper, seam slippage, and fraying for one year of the product under the original owner. This warranty does not cover fabric that has been treated with a dealer or consumer applied solvent repellent treatment. Fabric Treatment may alter the color of the fabric when washed or dry-cleaned and the manufacturer will NOT be held responsible for discoloration. Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and Pilling (see section on pilling) ARE NOT covered. The manufacturer does not guarantee and will not be held responsible for color fastness or wearing of any fabric. Pilling, the formation of little balls of fuzz on the surface of fabric can occur with normal use. The manufacturer cannot determine what type of fabrics will produce pilling, nor can we control the wear our furniture receives in the home. Any adjustments made will depend on the Fabric Manufacturer’s willingness to stand behind their product. Also fabric dye lots vary from roll to roll. The manufacturer is not responsible for dye lots not matching on pieces ordered at different times. The manufacturer is also not responsible for contrast welt bleeding. The fabrics themselves are not warranted after washing due to the unique properties of each type of fabric and how they are cleaned. The manufacturer will suggest a proper cleaning code for their individual slipcover and upholstery.

CARE & CLEANING CODE

The manufacturer's Slipcovers and Upholstery have the following cleaning codes D (Dry clean and/or Machine Wash) & PF (Performance fabric cleaning instructions). They do not warrant against shrinkage, fading, or damages of the covers due to the unique characteristics and uncontrollable variables in the washing process and the fabric themselves.

MANUFACTURER PROMISE

We guarantee the original retail purchaser, we will repair or replace, at our option, any part or parts we deem to have manufacturing defects covered under the manufacturer Warranties.

SERVICES

To obtain service under the warranty, you must contact Nantuckit Furniture Company with information about your defect. Nantuckit will contact the manufacturer to arrange service.

COVERS SENT BACK FOR REPAIR MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF PET DANDER AND PET HAIR. THEY WILL BE SENT BACK TO SENDER IF RECEIVED DIRTY.
