If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will have one of our nationwide network of technicians come to your home and fix all minor repairs. For other issues, we will replace or fix your furniture under our manufacturer warranty.
You may cancel your order (for a full refund) as long as you do so within 48 hours of placing the order. You may also return your furniture (within 30 days of its arrival) but there will be a 50% return fee and you will be responsible for 50% of the shipping cost because all slipcovered furniture we sell at Nantuckit Furniture Company is made custom for each customer and we do not stock any furniture items for resale. In this circumstance, we recommend you resell your furniture locally.
Once your custom furniture order has been placed into production, we can only offer you the 50% return fee option.
Please measure to make sure your furniture will fit into your home (through door openings and in the desired space(s)). In the event our shipping company cannot deliver your furniture to your desired location, for whatever reason, you will be responsible for taking delivery of your furniture in an alternative place (garage, another room, etc).

Use this worksheet to select the pieces of furniture you want including all the custom options that will make your furniture truly one of a kind. Once you've received your swatches, move on to step 3.
Place your order
Email us your worksheet or schedule a call so we can help. Once the order has been created, you will receive an invoice. You must approve and pay for the invoice before your order is put into production (please allow 8-12 weeks for construction and delivery).
