We just love Nantucket Island. It was the inspiration behind the idea for relaxed vacation/cottage style slipcovered furniture that makes you feel comfortable in every way. Because our company started as only a custom slipcovered furniture company, we wanted a name connected to the kind of furniture you find in vacation homes, cottage homes, and anywhere the mood is relaxed or the ability to clean the covers is a necessity. In 2005, when we started Nantuckit Furniture Company, LLC, Nantucket.com was taken by the local government of Nantucket. Yes, we could have had NantucketFurnitureCompany.com. It just seemed to long. For us, Nantuckit was a way to get a shorter domain name and still be able to pronounce the word the way it's correctly spelled. Sooo...that's what we did. Some think we did it intentionally because the "tuckit" part refers to how you tuck slipcovers in sometimes. That's not why we did it. It's now a unique part of who we are. We are all over the internet with customers in all 50 states and Canada and known as Nantuckit.com. We have great customer feedback and want to keep being found by anyone looking for lifetime guaranteed, USA made, beautiful, and custom slipcovered furniture.

Yes, but there is a 50% return fee because all our furniture is custom made. We literally start making your furniture once you place your order. You will also have to split the cost of shipping to return your furniture. We suggest selling your furniture to someone locally.

As of March 1, 2023 we proudly offer White Glove Delivery. We proudly offer White Glove Delivery. Shipping is $179 + $1 per ship weight pound (lb) East of the Mississippi, whichever is greater. Please text us for a shipping estimate West of the Mississippi. Slipcover orders are a flat $179. Our shipping policy is subject to change without notice. All shipping costs will be reflected at the time of your purchase.

Our furniture is Bench-Built by skilled craftspeople on a special order basis. Each piece is individually crafted and it is for this reason that the dimensions listed are approximate. Each will vary to some degree due to fabric, internal filling, being slipcovered, and individual craftspeople involved with its manufacturing.

Frames are made of 7/8” engineered wood cut on a C&C router. All frame joints are interlocked and glued for strength and durability. Corners are block reinforced to provide extra stability for longevity.

Our manufacturer uses top of the line modular Drop in Coil Seating Suspension for consistent seating and durability.

All Pieces are carefully shrink wrapped onto a corrugated tray with end caps. Full cartons are used on all Accent Chairs and Gliders.
